Booking Terms

Who you are dealing with

Your cleaning is carried out by Silvia’s Home Cleaning, an independent business. This website and its booking system are operated by Gabanode Lab, which provides marketing and online booking services to Silvia’s Home Cleaning and is not itself a cleaning company.

When you book, your agreement for the cleaning work is with Silvia’s Home Cleaning. Gabanode Lab does not perform, supervise or control the work.

A booking request is not a confirmed appointment

Submitting the form sends Silvia a request. It does not reserve the slot and does not create a contract. The booking exists once she has reviewed it and confirmed the date, scope and price with you.

Prices are estimates until confirmed

Work is charged at $75 per hour, with a 2-hour minimum for a basic clean and a 3-hour minimum for a deep clean. The figure shown while you book is an estimate based on what you selected.

If the home needs materially more time than the request suggested, Silvia will tell you before starting and agree a revised price. You will not be billed more than the agreed amount without your say-so.

Payment

Nothing is charged when you book. Payment is requested after the appointment is confirmed, through a secure link handled by Stripe.

Access, pets and valuables

You are responsible for arranging access — someone at home, a lockbox, or instructions left in your booking notes. If we cannot get in at the agreed time, the visit may need rescheduling.

Please tell us in advance about pets, alarm codes, or anything fragile or valuable that needs care or should be left alone.

Changes and cancellations

To change or cancel, call (719) 555-0147 or email us as early as you can. Let us know as far ahead as possible so the slot can go to someone else.

If something is not right

Tell us as soon as you notice. Contact us with the details and we will put it right or discuss a fair resolution.
