What we collect
When you submit a booking request we collect the details you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number, the service address, your preferred date and time, and any notes you add. You may also attach up to 5 photographs of the areas you would like cleaned.
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
What we do with it
Your booking is sent by email to Silvia’s Home Cleaning so Silvia can review it, confirm the price, and arrange the visit. You receive a copy of the same details as your confirmation. That is the only thing your information is used for.
This website is operated by Gabanode Lab, which runs the booking and messaging tools on behalf of Silvia’s Home Cleaning. Your booking details pass through those systems and are shared with Silvia’s Home Cleaning so your cleaning can be carried out. Both handle your details only for that purpose.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for marketing.
Where it is stored
Bookings are delivered by email and live in our email account. This website has no customer database, so nothing you submit is stored on the site itself.
Email delivery is handled by Resend, and the site is hosted by Vercel. Both process the information on our behalf in the United States. Photographs you attach are sent with the booking email and are not published anywhere.
Payment information
No payment is taken when you book. If you go ahead after Silvia confirms, payment is handled by Stripe, and your card details go directly to Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
How long we keep it
Booking emails are kept for as long as we need them to run the business and meet our tax and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your choices
Email or call us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete it. There is no account to close and no mailing list to unsubscribe from, because we do not run one.
Children
This site is for arranging cleaning services and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
