What does a move-out clean cover that a regular clean does not?
The places that only matter when a home changes hands: inside the oven and refrigerator, inside cabinets and drawers, behind and under appliances, baseboards and door frames, window sills, air vents, and grout. Those are the things a walkthrough checks and a weekly clean skips.

Why cleaning here is different
Colorado Springs is not a typical cleaning market, and the schedule that works at sea level does not hold up on the Front Range.
Colorado Springs sits at about 6,035 feet with roughly 16 inches of rain a year. Low humidity keeps dust and pollen suspended in the air far longer than at lower elevations, which is why a surface can look dusty again within hours of being wiped.
Dry air drives fine dust deeper into carpet fibres than it would in a humid climate, so high-traffic areas need vacuuming more often here than the same carpet would elsewhere.

Can you clean inside cabinets and the refrigerator?
Yes. Both are add-ons you can select while booking, and both are worth including for a move-out — they are among the first things anyone opens during a walkthrough.
How far in advance should I book a move-out clean?
As early as you can once you know your closing or handover date. Month-end fills up first, since most leases and closings land there.
